In addition, for over twenty years Stephen has also been a member of the Cable Advisory Board and the Statewide Video Council representing residents in both Hartford and Washington, DC. In this capacity, he’s working to control costs and is an advocate for the people on telecom issues.
Stephen holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a second B.S. in Biology pre-med. He has extensive background in naval aviation, space systems, particle beam accelerators, is a certified nuclear engineer on naval and commercial reactors, and has worked in telecom video and data as well as power systems. Stephen says: “I listen, learn, and do my best to help get the job done. I spent most of my life in this area and like to help keep it prosperous for our children. Nature is wonderful here with great people bringing something new every day. I do all I can to maintain the true character of Litchfield for all.”
