Bill Conti Planning & Zoning (alternate)

Bill is a long time Litchfleld County resident who has been a local practicing attorney for 40 years. A graduate of Torrington High School, Boston College and B.C.Law School, Bill moved to Litchfield more than ten years ago with his wife Linda, who recently retired from teaching at Litchfield Center School. In Torrington, Bill was active in numerous civic and public organizations, serving as co-chairman of the city’s Charter Revision Commission, chair of the Building and Renovation Committee for Torrington High School, president of the local chapter of IJNICO and president of the Litchfield County Bar Association, among others. He currently serves as an alternate member of the Litchfield Economic Development Commission, and is a past chair of the Litchfield Democratic Town Committee.
